Hi, it is not even a question. Call 1-800-224-7234, and they will explain you the details *but I have a feeling, that they have already transferred all the credits that were possible.

Semester Exam
Hello,
I recently finished up another semester. Would you please confirm that my semester exam was mailed to my proctor? Could you also please cofirm what day it was actually mailed? My last semester exam was never mailed to my proctor even though I was told it was. This delayed my progress about 15 days so I would like to keep track of the ETA.
Thanks
Michael

Ashworth College
Hello, my name is Tia Savedra, and the reason I am writing this is because I would like to find out about a career through Ashworth College. I am like 4 courses away from receiving my James Madison High School diploma, and I was wondering since I am almost done is there any way that I may start a program with Ashworth College? I am really really wanting to do Electronic Health Records Management, and I really want to start this because the last four courses that I have are super easy. and I can get them done with the blink of my eye. So if that is possible then will you please email me back as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your help.
Thank you
Tia Savedra
Re: Ashworth College
Hi there,
Typically you will have to complete your hs diploma before starting any college course.
Good luck to you!
Re: Ashworth College
Hi Tia,
Since the Electronic Health Records program is a career program, you are allowed to go ahead and enroll. It's only for the degree programs that a high school diploma is required.
Have a great day!

HS 150 World Civ 1
So I took a test a few days ago for HS150 and I got an answer wrong. When i accessed the 'grades" tab on my workspace there was no way to access the quiz to see which answer i got wrong, and get the page reference number for the question. I did however go to my "exam and quizzes" tab within the class and was able to find out which question was wrong, but i still have no way of getting the page reference number so that I am able to find the correct answer. I was able to do with all the other courses I have taken so far.
I thought maybe the page may have needed to be updated but I took the quiz 5 days ago. Please advise on how I can find out the page reference number for incorect answers.
Thanks in Advance
Re: HS 150 World Civ 1
Hi! Unfortunately, the grades for HS150 are not visible under the "Grades" tab on the Student Portal. Only under the "Feedback" option within the course.
If you'd like to go over an exam, feel free to email the tutoring department at tutor@ashworthcollege.edu or post under the Study Hall section. A tutor will be able to provide you with additional details. Thanks!
Re: HS 150 World Civ 1
okay, thanks!!! Will they be able to give me the "page reference numbers"?
Re: HS 150 World Civ 1
Yes, but page numbers can only be provided via email as that will prevent other students that have not yet taken the exams to view.
Re: HS 150 World Civ 1
Stephanne, I contacted the tutor department and was told they aren't able to provide this level of information. Is this correct and a change recently occurred that you weren't aware of? I'm just a little irritated being that all my other courses I have been given this information and now all of a sudden they aren't allowed to give it to me. Thanks in advance!!
fourth semester voucher
Hi Ashworth community!!! Can not believe that a final exam stands between me and my fourth semster!!!! WOW!!! I just realized it says to mail in my voucher. Is there a way i can scan and email it from my email? Or does it need to be mailed? Just curious because I live in Alaska, and the island I live on is SUPER SLOW with mail!! Drives me CRAZY!! Lol. Just wondering what the guidelines are with this voucher. As long as I am in good academic standing, and paid in full I should have no problems, I hop? :-) Thank you guys for being so AWESOME!!!
Brianna
Re: fourth semester voucher

Have a great day!
Single Course
I need to take a half a class of something else to graduate, how would I do so?
Hopefully this is posted in the right place now.
I just want to make sure I understand how things work. I am in the Graphic and Web design class. When I go into Exams and Quizzes it says I have 23 hours to take an exam. If I don't pass the exam then do I have two more tries?
If I need help or would llike a tutor, how do I do that? What I think I would find helpfu is to have someone to talk with and ask questions about things I am not understanding. Is that possible? Since I design and make cards I am trying to relate these principals and elements to card making. I think there are some similarities there and it might help me understand these items more.
Re: Hopefully this is posted in the right place now.
When you begin to take an exam you have 23 hours to complete it. If the 23 hours runs out and you did not complete the exam, the computer will automatically mark the questions that were answered. And of course you can complete the exam sooner.
Retakes are for persons who have failed the exam on the first attempt. Fail is below 60%. If you do not fail and do a retake, only the first past grade will be go towards your GPA even if you get 100% on your second attempt. On the other hand, if you fail and do a retake, your highest possible grade is 60%. Also, in the event of a fail grade, you need to use the retakes wisely as you can be placed on academic review if you do not get a passing grade after using the retakes.
You can call student services on 1-800-224-7234 or email tutor@ashworthcollege.edu for assistance. I would suggest you get a study buddy as well and feel free to utilize the Support available (Student Help Desk and Study Hall).
All the best.
Regards,
Venisha.
