Is it asking you to type in a code? If it is and that's why you can't get into it then you need your proctor with you and they have the code to get you into the exam.

If you are associated with particular groups, select the groups in which you would like to stop notifications for then select the green "Actions" tab on the right. There will be a "Email Notification"...
