Natasha89, Contact a tutor and explain that the assignment couldn't be opened therefore the grader never assessed your work. The same situation happened to me twice and both times I was not penalized and given full credit for the resubmitted work. Be persistant if they try to tell you that you will only receive a 60. Do a search under Assignment - Resubmitted and you will see that I asked that same question and the tutor responded that I would receive a full grade. Good Luck
