We do understand your concerns, however per the above only the administrators can contact the instructors directly. The reason being is that instructors were getting an abundance of questions that were not pertaining to assignments, leaving the students that needed help without help. Due to this fact, all questions are filtered through the tutors. If a tutor decides that an instructor, is needed Ashworth will then contact the instructor on the students behalf. Again, students cannot contact instructors directly. Only administrators have the ability. Thank you!
