aparkerac14 Same thing happened to me and I emailed a tutor about it and she said the information is for their Curriculum Development department and does not affect the grade your getting for the course. You did get credit for the exam and if you go into the All Grades section in your student portal then go into EN120 the exam and score will show up there as being a passing score and the grade will be factored into your average grade for the course. You are getting the 90% you got for the score.....the omitted/exept status is just an internal memo to the department that develops the curriculum, we just happen to see it when we go into the Gradebook. So, even though it's saying it's been "omitted/excepted" and the grade is crossed out and the Gradebook saying it's not averaged in, you really did get the 90% and it's been averaged into your overall grade for the course. You can go ahead and ignore that info in the Gradebook and don't pay attention to the Gradebook's average grade because it will be off since it's saying the 90% is omitted/exempt when it really isn't.
