I have been with this school along time and I personally have never had any issues. If I ever had a question regarding academic or technical support, I would always receive a prompt answer and resolution. I have also had direct contact with my instructors via email as well.
With anything, you have to make the best of the situation you are in. For me, Ashworth College has given me an incredible opportunity to further my education and I am highly grateful!
