For the past 5 months, I have been unable to make my payment online through my credit card. I have been able to use the same credit card for other online purposes, but the payment is being rejected every time I try to make a payment. I strongly believe that there is something wrong with the student portal, as the payment stopped when the new student portal was made in October. Unfortunately, as a result my courses have been deactivated and I have been charged with late fees on and on...
Kindly, please check my student portal as soon as possible. I have tried calling Ashworth staff requesting to see the issue. Your co-operation in this matter is highly appreciated. Thank-you in advance.
