There are actually proctor websites. I have no idea how they work or whether or not they are deemed an acceptable choice at this institution. I would check one out and then call the school and ask. Also if you cannot do that I would ask a coworker, teacher, member of the clergy or a reputable professional of any sort. I am having a similar issue but I do not live in the mountains. If you are still having issues finding a proctor after looking into all you options then I would call the school and explain the situation.
