How come tuition is not reduced?

Total tuition for the Associate in Early Childhood is ; 1,250. On Ashworths site under College transfer credit it state;

Ashworth College accepts eligible transfer credits from previously attended colleges and universities for candidates in our associate, bachelor's degree and master's degree programs. Whether you took online college courses for credit or attended a traditional brick-and-mortar school, our Registrar can evaluate your credits and let you know what will apply toward your degree. You may also be eligible for work and life experience credit. Receiving credit for what you already know saves time and money.

I particularly highlighted the in read what I thought would help me save money; however' tuition has not been reduced. Could some one explain? I am not saving money still making full payments amonth to cover the total price of 1250. I transfered over a total of  8 courses that go towards my degree.
