Why is it that there is no instructor information anywhere on the class sites or sylabus and there is no assistance from the instructors? I have no idea if I am doing my work correctly because there is no one there to help and if I want to ask the instructor a question I don't even know who they are! I feel like I am sitting in a local library teaching myself all of this with no help from anyone, and thats not what a school, online or not, should be like.
