I have made many attempts to resolve my issue in regards to my semester exam. I have gotten the run around and now no reply.
I signed up with Ashworth for a few reasons and now I am rethinking my whole decision. I have asked for help, I have emailed, called,
tweeted, left discussion board messages and ALL HAVE BEEN IGNORED.
My proctor mailed my semester exam NOVEMBER 8TH. It was mailed in the large envelope supplied by you and yet you say you never received it. I find that
hard to believe. You lost it---and have yet to answer me in regards to what I should do now.
This degree was very important to me and the lack of support your "school" has shown me that I am just a payment. If you truly cared for
your students you would show some compassion and help with either locating my exam that YOU lost, or help me figure out the next steps.
I have even asked for my exam to be re-opened online so I can resubmit my answers to you and NOTHING!
I am extremely hurt, angered and very disappointed in the way I've been treated. This meant the world to me. To be able to show my family, my children
that I can accomplish something worthwhile. Until I receive an answer as to what I should do next or you locate my exam I have deleted all payment information and am looking into more reputable schools. I expected so much more from this experience. I will be sure to pass on my experience to everyone.
