Hello Danielle
After a lengthly delay in receiving my text book for my final course, and after numerous complaints I was promised that my text would be sent out on or before last Friday as per the ticket entitled 'Disappointed and Frustrated' of November 12. Today is November 18 and I have received no communication as yet from Ashworth regarding this issue. Has my text been shipped as yet? Please advise.
