why wont teacher grade Final?

My spanish teacher will not grade my final. some of us its been 14 days. others its been longer. This is dumb. I would love to call the school and complain. Trying to finish us school and cant because she is slowing us down... very disappointed. If i knew this school was so bad then i would have never spent the money for it!!!! Very disapointed and I will NOT be recomending this school to anybody!
