this is my fifth request about my certificate , I finished the nutrition program at 31 dec 2012 and i paid all the fees at same date and till now i didnot receive the certificate you said it take 8 weeks and my address is clear but nothing arrived and you said that their is no tracking number so how to follow it and what is the prove that it was sent , and why not sent by usps as all the course material , all course materials took only three weeks , so i dont understand why you sent the certificate by usual mail not usps or aramex , i can pay for transfer fee if you send it by aramex and it will take few days to arrive , otherwise this is questionable reaction from your college and actually I am upset and it is not accepted this reaction and i want to complain , so i need urgent action as regard this matter and to do whatever possible to make me receive my certificate.
