If you are associated with particular groups, select the groups in which you would like to stop notifications for then select the green "Actions" tab on the right. There will be a "Email Notification" or "Leave Group" option listed. There are fields associated with each group. For instance, Medical Office Group is associated with the Healthcare Field. You have to go into the field in which you are associated with to stop the emails. To do so, click on the "Fields" tab above, then select the green "Actions" tab on the right. If you are associated with that particular field, you will see the option to "Stop Email Notification" or "Leave Group". That will stop the emails from being sent to you.
